I had filling behind one of my bottom teeth, it fell out in October and if I push on the back of it with my tongue, my gums bleed. Help?

Title pretty much says it all. The reason I haven't gotten any help yet is because I don't have any health insurance so there isn't much I can do. I was hoping somebody here would be able to help me out and give me an idea of what might be going on?
