First off, I am not exactly the most fond of going to the dentist but I do go on a semi-regular basis. My last visit to the dentist they did not notice any problem with my teeth and to me its been like this for many years. But it seems a tad sensitive lately. I took the best picture I can shown HERE and it feels like there is an actual recessed area where my gum receded and sometimes I find food getting stuck in that area. I have always had kind of sensitive teeth so if I were to put my finger nail into that area it is kind of sensitive.
Do you think this is any cause for concern?
