Top two came in straight with plenty of room, bottom right one has been causing me discomfort and impact on my front bottom teeth (central incisor is shifting under my lateral).
I know I'm going to have to go for surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed, I'm okay with that. My question is this:
What is this that I pulled out from between my gum and wisdom tooth?
I was in a lot of pain, gently gnawing on the rubber part of my tooth brush, when this sharp object broke gum. I took a flashlight to my mouth and saw what looked like a tiny piece of food stuck under the gum, but I knew that couldn't be possible because the tooth hadn't come to head until just now. I grabbed a toothpick and picked it out.
Its rock hard and very sharp. Is this a piece of tooth? Is the tooth breaking down before its even really come in?
Edit: Just wanted to include that the pain I had been dealing with on and off for months is almost nonexistent now since I pulled that hard mass out.
