Help! I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and a crown done and have some questions.

Today is day 5 after my operation. I had both wisdom teeth on my right side taken out as well as a crown. My lower extraction site I can see some yellowish material that I thought was bone but make actually be fibrin? I'm not sure, I don't really have pain it's more of an annoyance, like having a popcorn kernel that you're not aloud to pull out. I haven't had any bleeding since the day after the operation but I just wanted to get some advice, am I in the process of dry socket? Do I have an infection? I'd contact my dentist but they are closed today and I'm extremely paranoid. I've been rinsing my mouth after every meal with warm salt water. I softly brush/floss twice a day. I have pain medication but I'm trying not to take it because of the high amount of acetaminophen which makes my prostate swell and makes it difficult for me to urinate. Any feedback at all would be appreciated
